No one has been charged with a crime yet, and no one may ever be charged with a crime, but that does not mean that no crime was committed. <BR /> <BR />OJ was acquitted by a jury, but that does not mean that murder of his wife was not a crime. It just means no suspect has ever been convicted of that crime. There are many crimes that are investigated, but no charges are ever filed, because the prosecutor does not feel he has a strong enough case to convict anyone.
