1 Dean Esmay March 4, 2008 at 4:28 pm: I know the answer. In fact I’ve written about it many times, only to wail and gnash my teeth when people continue to ignore it and act as if “President” Ahmadinejad is somehow the “democratically elected” “leader” of Iran.

But I won’t say. Let’s see if anyone else gets it. ;-)

3 Dave Schuler March 4, 2008 at 4:34 pm: Unless I’m mistaken that would be Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of Iran. Whether his position is legitimate or not (even according to Iranian law) is a matter of some dispute.
