		<description>I&#039;ve been out for a while, but PR used to be a clintonite territory.Â  No matter what you&#039;ve heard, caribbean hispanics are somewhat racists.Â  PR has a very low black population and a very high mixed population that do not consider themselves black.

This should be an easy win for Hill for two reasons: her last name and the fact that a good amount of puertorricans will not vote for a black candidate.

I may stand corrected at the end, like I said I&#039;ve been out for a while.....</description>
