Apparently they suffered a world-wide blackout when they opened it up for download. I’ve been playing with it today and it seems nicely bug-free so far. Wish they had a 64-bit version, though.
If they hadn’t been intent on setting a world record for the number of downloads (which was dumb — there was no existing record, so any number of downloads would have done), they would have used BitTorrent.

I can’t seem to get it to work on my Windows XP. It doesn’t connect; while explorer does so it is not a connection fault.
Now I’m apprehensive about downloading it anywhere else…
