That’s just a return to the Reagan years, where we armed all sides of the Arab world, and hoped that they would just kill themselves.   And we all know how THAT turned out!

Arms sales! An important reason to secure an Iraqi government! A good source of income!
Since the international community spent decades making millions on arms sales to the dictator Saddam, I’m completely happy if someone makes a profit on arms sales to the Iraqi people. Unlike Saddam, the Iraqis are using them in their own defense, not to attack their neighbors and their own people.
