A (very) short video the Elder Prince and I did this weekend. I’m not quite sure how the 9 seconds of silence and darkness at the beginning got in there, but just wait through it.
Maybe you had to be there, but we both laughed a lot. :-)

If that’s the case, then I can see the humor. Â
Well yes. Except we were blue. Also, the humor is the one guy shooting a rifle and gets taken out by someone using his fist. It’s the ingongruity.
Ooops, it is blue, not green.Â
I thought it was just an accidental collision between the guy coming from the left, and the guy shooting the gun. It happened so fast.Â
But now that you mention it, I can see the punch.Â
Nonetheless, it’s a good lesson!

"You hadda be there" is true a lot. In this case, I suspect "You hadda see it full screen" is the real issue. The humor depends on surprise, yet this video is kinda tiny. The first time I watched it, I wasn’t sure what happened, but kinda guessed. The second time, I knew what was coming, so no surprise. I laughed, but I would’ve laughed harder if I got it the first time.

It got to me on a deeper level. Friday Dad felt a bit sad that Jacob went to play with a friend and then… Hooray!…Father and Son laughter, and a great memory for you Dean ;-) The greatest gift to our children is TIME with them and you spent the time doing this and laughing. Cherish honey, cherish. He is your greatest accomplishment in life, period, barr none. And of couse Drake ;-) You’re a great Dad Dean.
