Just so you all know, there is no major update on my mom. That’s part of why I’ve basically been sitting and waiting. The good news is that she’s down to intake of only 30% oxygen mix, which is way better than the 70, 90, even 100% she was on. But she’s still on a ventilator and being kept sedated so she doesn’t fight it. And we just wait. It’s excruciating, but there’s nothing else to do but pray.
In other news, I’d had enough self-inflicted pain by Friday night that I stopped the foolishness and am back on the wagon and all that. Ugh. You know, it was nothing but unpleasant anyway, and accomplished, of course, absolutely nothing.
Mom we still watch.
