		<description>Yeah that seems a very sensible attitude. An ongoing problem with a lot of Federal agencies is that the entrenched bureaucracy is often the biggest opposition a President faces. An Obama loyalist in charge of CIA is the best way for the new President to be sure his agenda is actually carried out.</description>
