What are they for?

Uhm, to make kids learn about “White-out”?
Colored paper.
Also wax repels colors so when you dye things (like easter eggs) if you want some white lines left, it’s pretty useful.
Yikes! I can no longer see the phrase “colored paper” without thinking it should be “paper of color.” What a world.
