Sometimes I think it does us good to 'disconnect'. I work in tech, and I make it a point to find times of the year that I just ignore much of my online world and hang with real people. Not that you guys aren't 'real', but there's something about sitting across the room with a friend and having a burger (or whatever), hanging out with family, and telling the computer 'you do not own me'. I know for me, at times, the 'net can be like any other addiction. Take your time, man. Sometimes I think it does us good to ‘disconnect’.
